So I am sitting here wondering what exactly a 10-20lb loss looks like. I am currently 137lbs and want to get back down to about 125. It really all depends on how I feel because i def want to build up the muscle. If you have had a loss that is close to my goal and starting weight I would love to see it..i think it will help motivate me that i will see a change in my body:)

Here are two of my before pictures, and a link to my after thread: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/416059-more-strength-training-success-pics?error_user_id=4903347&error_username=scarletleavy&hl=strength+training+success

I went from 145/150ish to 125, then with strength training back up to 130/135ish.

I started at 135 lbs in August, down to 122 in December, now 120. I'm only 5'2" so I think changes are more apparent. I lost the weight by watching my calorie intake/content slightly, but mostly by changing up my exercise routine. I used to just run 2-3 mi/day about 3-5 days a week, then I changed to lifting/Crossfit workouts - first at a CF gym, then just doing the CF workouts at my condo gym.

This was my exactly 10lbs loss when I did exercise that toned.
I stopped doing the toning, and though I lost a bit more I look a little bit bigger now again. I've just added the toning in again over the past few days, and it shouldn't take me too long to get back to that.

    I'm 5ft 1.8in

5'5. Starting weight was about 160, with an intitial goal of 135, and a revised goal of 130. Then I got down to about 125, but gained about 5 on maintenance + strength training. My clothing size keeps getting smaller, though.

    The whole progression:

A little less than 10 pounds, but I'd started running.
