    I run 5 days a week. I break on Sundays and Thursdays. 5.2 miles each day. :drinker:

    I'm doing C25K... so three times a week. I'm doing week 1 again cuz I don't think I am ready for week two yet. :D

    5K every other day 29:21, post workout. The feeling after it is 10x better then the thought of doing it when I get up in the morning :P

    At the minute, 3ish times a week. When I was fitter 5 times a week. That's just road running though. I go to gym and do elliptical etc in between.

    I'm with him. When I'm not training for a race, it's daily. During training 6 days a week. I wouldn't be able to function normally if I did it any less.

    This made me smile! I was running about 3 times a week. I hurt my knee and I am now focusing on strengthening my knee and my legs. So I am now friends with the Elliptical!

    At the moment twice a week 10-11.5 kms each time. I don't have more free time than that. In the holidays when we stay with my parents or my husband is home I run every other day.

    5-6x a week for me, I try for 3 miles each run... somedays I get it, somedays I don't! I'm still lapping everyone on the couch! :tongue:

    I run every other day so 4 days a week. I usually run 3.1 miles (5k) and just started taking it up to get ready for a 10k. I also do other cardio on the days in between.

    Usually at least once a week.... busy schedule with work, school and kids appointments, and I run outdoors- getting dark out at 5pm stinks. Summer will be more often, at least twice, maybe as often as 6 times a week!

    Not all of us are looking to lose weight! I just like getting outside and moving.

    When it's warm out, daily. When it's cool (like now) 3x... the gym on other days.
