The results are in and I'm quite pleased. Sorry no pics since I didn't take my photos until 2 weeks in and I'm still not comfortable posting pics of myself at this weight.

Starting Weight: 188
Bust: 39.5
Under bust: 36
Waist: 38
Hips: 43.5
Thighs: 25.5
Neck: 13.25
Bicep: 13

Current Weight: 179
Bust: 38=-1.5
Under bust: 34=-2
Waist: 35=-3
Hips: 41=-2.5
Thighs: 25=-0.5
Neck: 13=-0.25
Bicep: 12.5=-0.5

Total pounds lost=9
Total inches lost=10.25

I dropped a whole pant size and my bras are too loose now so I need to go shopping, yea!!! For the next month I'm going to alternate my workout videos since I don't like doing the exact same video everyday. I'd like to start Insanity March1st.

Wow, great job!!! Way to work hard! I have done Insanity and P90X and now I just go with whatever that suits me for that day, may it be a workout DVD or the Treadmill or Bike as long as I am moving everyday btwn 30 and 60 minutes a day. Good luck with Insanity, you will never be the same after it - and thats a good thing!
