Alright y'all! I'm going to Fridays tonight with the girls for a girls night out, however, I've never been there.. I've researched their calorie menu online and found that basically I can drink water.. any suggestions on what I can eat?!

LOVE and HATE that place...
Eat a really good healthy meal BEFORE YOU GO
then order a dry salad with grilled chicken. (I bring slad spray with me when I eat out)

Going out is hard, just eat half of what is on your plate or share with someone and you'll be good.0

Don't go crazy, but enjoy yourself! A cheat meal a week is recommended. Make this yours!0

Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Grilled chicken cobb salad, Ask for no cheese and dressing on the side. Just don't get a dessert. It's a whole day's worth of calories.0

It is always recommended that you have one day out of the week (whether that is always the same day or not is your choice) that is a "cheat" day, where you eat what you want. Davey's idea is good, about only eating half of a portion. You can either box up the other half for another night, or share with a friend. My family and I always go out to dinner on Friday nights, and I usually start off by boxing half of the meal before I even start eating.0
