This is just years of feeling bad about yourself... you have succeeded, so be the first to totally appreciate what you've done and the fact that you're the same person in the package you were meant to have. You really do look great, and this is who you really are! You have a great smile & now you've completely reshaped your body, so revel in that and let the positive self-talk BEGIN.
