Why am I just not hungry?

I came here a while back and I was eating over 2000 calories a day with no exercise. I started lowering my calorie intake and exercising and sometimes I have days where I'm just never hungry? Does this happen too anyone else? Sometimes it's the end of the day and I've only eaten 800 calories and I'm forcing chocolate bars in me because I'm thinking that can't be good and I should eat more and I'm not enjoying it because I'm just not hungry and sometimes when I realize it it's after a meal so I'm full. What's going on? Should I force myself to eat more even when it's uncomfortable to do so?

no don't force yourself, otherwise you'll feel sick!
I notice I feel less hungry, too. I think it's because I started eating more fruit and vegetable which full my stomach and I drink a lot of water, which does the same.
I don't know if it's the same for you, but if it is you don't have to worry about it :)

It is exactly the same for me. I drink a lot less coffee and replaced it with plain water (which I use to and again absolutely love). It's 3 oclock and while I got up late all I've had was water strawberries grapes clementines and yogurt and I'm not hungry yet.

I guess the sleeping schedule may have something to do with it to. Can't be to hungry when you slept the day away!

I get like that too. Mostly it's from drinking so much water and exercise also makes me not hungry. But I never force myself to eat, and I don't think you should either! Sometimes I make a calorie rich smoothie and sip it in hopes that maybe I can increase my calories that way, but definitely don't eat junk just to up your calories. Always listen to your body first, do what feels most comfortable for you.

It's normal, because your stomach is getting used to healthy foods and you'll feel yourself "full" with less food :)
if you are worried not to get the minimum amount of calories, just eat some high-calories food like bananas, nuts, coconut, etc :)
