That's my goal this week too. I was so busy last week, I just didn't do it. In fact I haven't done it yet today either.0 -

Nice job everyone!! :drinker:0

Sorry for the late weigh in. I weighed in at 230.6 today. A slight gain, which is completely acceptable since I haven't been working out or watching my water as I've been fighting this infection. Doctor switched my meds yesterday so am hoping I'm soon to finally join in again :ohwell:0

good job everyone! keep up the good work.0

What a great week for the Beautiful Blue's. Awesome job everyone.
So i have set up all these mini goals for myself, and i love it when i make them, it has the power to motivate me and keep me going.
Here are my goals that i have set. It helps me to share them with others.
to be....
212 -no longer considered obese:happy:
210 by 7/2/09 (I will see my family for the first time in a year since i was at my heaviest of 268)
200 by 7/11/09(I will see my husbands family for the first time in a year since i was at my heaviest)
168 by 12/31/09 (this is my goal weight and last year when i started this was my target)
I might not reach the 200 by 7/11 but i am going to try my hardest to get as close as I can doing it the right way. This is the longest that i have stuck with loosing weight, because i have changed the way i live not just a diet. I cannot wait for the day that i see that scale have a 1 in it. I haven't seen that number since high school.
You guys are an inspiration and keep me logging daily. I love coming here to read about everyone's accomplishments and the motivation you give to everyone. We all have ups and downs in this process and it is nice to be able to share them.:flowerforyou:0 -
Hi there,
Can i join the blue team?
Come on over Sherrie!!! Welcome! Send your start weight to Rach VR6...0 -
Way to go - looks like everyone is working their butts off - get it we really are  :laugh:0
-
I'm working my butt off and am up 2? Like I'm so frustrated! I can't lose this last 10!  I just want to quit weighing in at all cause it depresses me sooo much. My husband keeps telling me to hang in there and not get discouraged, but I see everyone else go down, why aren't I? What activity levels are you all set at in your goals section?:mad:0

Not sure but I've seen several people that were on there last 5 or 10 and Banks told them to eat their maintenance calories and your exercise would be your deficit...it worked for kellch - maybe check with her or him??
Sorry your frustrated but don't give up-I speak broadly here but most of us have a lot more than the final 10 to lose so it is easier for us0 -

Don't be discouraged, you just need to change things up a bit to get those final 10 off. I have a lot more too loose so it is easier for me to drop the weight at this point. As we get smaller it gets harder.
Keep going you can do it, try eating more or less. Switch up your excercise routine by adding 10 minutes or so.0 -
hmo4 - I know you're frustrated; but you're doing so well by not giving up!!!! Just think how awful it would be if you never tracked your food, never worked out, never joined the fantabulous blue team (
). You'll get there. :flowerforyou:
Congrats to everybody who had a good week! For those of you who had a bad week - think about what you did last week that may have contributed and change! :drinker:
I am going to the beach next week. Leaving late Thursday evening and will be at the beach one, glorious day on Friday. Then I'm going to a reptile show 150 miles away from the beach with my bf and two of our good friends. Then back home either Saturday night or Sunday... depending on how we feel after the show. I reached my goal of losing 5 pounds before the beach. Woohoo!! I was thinking back to high school... and the last time I remember weighing myself was when it was required for health class. I think I was in 8th or 9th grade....... I weighed 225. A friend's older brother was doing the weigh-in... and we weighed in front of the class ... they couldn't see the scales, but everybody was trying to see it when I got on... my friend's brother said, "Don't worry, you don't look like you weigh that much." Bless his heart, LOL... I dated him briefly later. But... anyway... I'm 20 pounds away from that weight... I never remember wearing anything smaller than a 16 or 18 in pants... I started this at a size 24 and just tried on my size 20s two days ago and they fit!! I can't wait to get back into an 18, LOL, then lower! and lower and lower and lower.

Leigh keep rambling - great stuff!0

Thanks guys
(sniffle snifle). I'm was soo tempted to buy the Costco cookies today, but I won't. :ohwell: I have decided to stick with it of course, cause I'd miss you all way to much, but if it's ok, I'm going to only weigh once a month now, cause it ticks me off too much, and becomes obsessive for me. So, around the first Wed. of every month I will weigh in, ok?:flowerforyou: I've been doing some reading also, and am going to change some things up after my marathon on June 21. I appreciate the support. :smooched:

hmo4- You are doing a wonderful job and I'm sure it will come off.
I'm so not looking forward to my last 10lbs that is for sure. I can't wait however until I hit 50lbs lost which isn't that far away.
