I'd like to be able to get through another month without booze!

When I am standing up I'd like to be able to see my toes.0 -
10 full push ups. I can only do 8 girly ones before I'm all out. But a couple of months ago, I couldn't even do one, so yay me :bigsmile:
To get out of the 20's in clothes will probably happen first0 -

I started this mission without saying I want to weight a certain number. My targets were set with physical goals a Mile and a half in fifteen minutes, 100 push-up and sit-ups without rest. The weight loss and firming of the body is just a side effect of reaching those goals.
Opps guess those are number goals.
To not be compared to my power lifter brother and hear this is my big little nephew when we are introduced at family events.0 -
