I think your meals look pretty good, but low in fiber. Try replacing your Cheerios with a High Fiber Cereal. I really like Fiber One Honey Clusters.
A bowl of Fiber One Huney Clusters must be the closest thing to heaven in a basket .
You guys rock. That is my thought exactly. I just recently tried the stuff, and was surprised at how good it was. And it really does fill you up. I also absolutely love the Strawberry and Almond fiber bars too. They are the best Ive tried and they taste amazing!0 -
You are not eating enough food. This is why you're hungry. How many calories is that breakfast? Eating about 1500 to 1800 calories a day is fine for you. You can even eat 2000 if you like. What is more important is what you are eating. Eating healthy foods and making sure that you are getting enough carbohydrates and protein is key. Also watch your sodium and cholesterol intake. Exercise at least four times per week, with walking being the primary physical activity. I am sure you will be fine. And by the way those fiber one oat bars are great for snacks!0

Pushing yourself too hard could be the most simple answer. I was doing the same and it's hard to stop when you're seeing results quickly. After two weeks of really pushing I saw great results, I also was done for energy for the day after leaving the gym ( and sometimes before that). I lsitened to my body and took a number of days off from the gym, the energy returned and I also saw major improvements physically by letting my body some time to fully recover.0
