Who's in? Who has already started?

I am!! I started yesterday. I'm not following the meal plans and exercise 100%, I'm just building into my current regime. I had the sticky chicken for dinner last night. It was as basic recipe, but yum!!

I'm loving having the extra support and ideas and motivation.

Would love to have some MFP friends who are also participating in the challenge!

    I am doing it, kind of. By that I am looking at what they are suggesting and using some of it, but not all of it.

    I'm doing it too, but I'm sticking to my own gym routine and just staying under my calories. BRING IT ON =)

    Would love to - but I have a hard enough time monitoring and logging my calories and workouts in MFP. :)

    They should have partnered up with MFP so they can track what we already do. Should be interesting to see how many people continue the 10 week challenge - unfortunately most will inevitably give up.

    It's good to see these kind of programs though - would be good if the Gov gave some initiatives for people to do more of this - Australia has embarrassingly overtaken the US as world's fattest nation.

    Hey R4z0r4Mm0 - you don't have to log calories or exercise. Just weight I think. The site gives you meal plans, recipes and exercise regimes. It might be worthwhile joining just for more ideas and tips (and it's free), that's what I'm using it for.

    Yeah I agree, hopefully us Aussies can start to reverse our unhealthy ways!! Hopefully this helps :-)

    Yep, you only need to log your weight updates, and do the rest on MFP like normal.

    I think how much you stick to their meal plans and exercises is a little optional. We just have a MFP team to show everyone how its done!

    I too am using it for some fresh recipe ideas. Will try the Warrigal greens Frititata tonight. Also great recipes on the specialk program.
