pureed vegetables?

I made chicken soup two days ago. I froze the broth. I have the chicken and vegetables in a separate container in the fridge. I was wondering if I can puree the vegetables (carrots, celery, onion, zucchini, squash) and use them for something. Can them be combined with say ground turkey to make it into burgers that are not dry? What else can it be used for and it is going to add vitamins or just carbs?

For some extra nutrition I'd just add some tomato's and hot sauce and drink it like a V8!0
