I throw a tablespoon of chocolate chips in with some almonds and raisins and that's pretty yummy. Or skinny cow ice cream sandwiches if I have them in the house. And fat free 40 calorie fudgesicles!

Chia seed pudding - 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 packet stevia. Mix mix mix, let it sit for 15 minutes and it's SO good. At 10 grams of fiber and a lot of healthy fat it's also really good for you!

I like 'em too, but I prefer the honey kind. I usually have 2 with a 1/2 skim milk, works out to be about 170 calories, so whether it's good for you or not is relative. Depends if you have the calories available.

Berries, fruit, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese. Creamy & sweet factors.

Ice-cream when I really want it though.
  • I'm going to keep fat free chocolate milk in my fridge at work. 1/2 cup is not a huge amount of carbs nor calories. It will help me with getting my calcium requirement too.

LOL you can smell the fiber in them, delicious fiber ;)
  • Frozen grapes, Baked Apples w. cinnamon, skinny cow ice cream mint sandwich, homemade reeces oatmeal.
  • Peanut Butter. If I could eat nothing but Peanut Butter for the rest of my life....I would be perfectly fine with that.
  • From South Beach diet:

    1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp Almond extract (you can also use vanilla if u like)
Splenda (recipe calls for 1 packet but I use half)

Mix it together and chill then enjoy :)
