My healthy snack that satisfies my sweet tooth is Nature Valley Roasted Almond granola bars! I love it

home made berry ice cream - frozen berries, ice, banana, silken tofu, chocolate soy milk
seriously, it will conquer your sweet tooth forever and it tastes amazing0 -

I throw a tablespoon of chocolate chips in with some almonds and raisins and that's pretty yummy. Or skinny cow ice cream sandwiches if I have them in the house. And fat free 40 calorie fudgesicles!0

Chia seed pudding - 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 packet stevia. Mix mix mix, let it sit for 15 minutes and it's SO good. At 10 grams of fiber and a lot of healthy fat it's also really good for you!0

I like 'em too, but I prefer the honey kind. I usually have 2 with a 1/2 skim milk, works out to be about 170 calories, so whether it's good for you or not is relative. Depends if you have the calories available.0 -

I'm going to keep fat free chocolate milk in my fridge at work. 1/2 cup is not a huge amount of carbs nor calories. It will help me with getting my calcium requirement too.0

From South Beach diet:
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp Almond extract (you can also use vanilla if u like)
Splenda (recipe calls for 1 packet but I use half)
Mix it together and chill then enjoy0
