anything with fast rhythm! especially when I'm PO.

Matisyahu -rapid reggae on most of his hits
can't think of any others that i have in my PL right now

Some slower tunes when I am at peace or need to relate....
    Rob Thomas Ever the Same,
    Lady Antebellum Just a kiss
Mary J. Blige The living Proof
Usher Moving mountains...yes it's older but I've been trying to move some mountains of my own so it's appropriate.

Thanks to Shazam I can capture the songs that make up my life.

    check out www.jog.fm

A great website for running playlists- you tell them what genre music you like and how fast you want to run and they give you a playlist of songs at that pace.

I play it on repeat when I go jogging or interval training, just add it to your list!

I'm Made of Wax, Larry, What are You Made Of? by A Day to Remember is my favorite song to work out to, and at the beginning of my playlist.

i also like The Great Escape by We Are Scientists, Tangled Up by New Found Glory, and New Dark Ages by Bad Religion. Someone suggested Silversun Pickups, I love them but have never put them on my gym list. I'm definitely doing that now.

Good list. There's better versions of WITJ though. Pogues, Dubliners, DKM. Just sayin :)

I completed C25K last year - and I used DJ Beatsmith Podrunner intervals - free and specially designed for the C25K program, fantastic music and signals to get you to speed up /' slow down when needed.
I found it really useful - and I am now using their 10K series.
    Highly recommend them

I usually just rock Pandora. The more I use it the more the songs match my style... Commercials every now and then but I'm usually in the zone by then.
