I'm off to my first power hoop class in a bit!

I couldn't find it on the excercise list, anyone know roughly how many calories I'll burn?

PowerHoop is awesome!
60 minutes cardio, working your core muscles and improving balance!
Be warned, the lady said you will bruise the first few times, but I'm definitely going again!
