Hi I just did Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile workout but when I tried to track my exercise its was not in the data base. How do I figure out how many calories burned

    The one that everyone (including me) loves is to buy a Heart Rate Monitor to measure all exercises. Beyond that I would say figure out how many mph you are going. I did that a couple of times and I know there are a couple a neat moves more than walking but it ends up being basically walking. Then enter it as walking 3.5mph or whatever it is.

    I love her! You can also figure a mile burns about 100cals so track it like that.

    I track this as low impact aerobics since there are more moves then just walking.
