This past Saturday: 1) I slept in til 8:30 am which rarely happens. 2) I spent the whole day with my kids and their friends (went bowling, shopping and saw Joyful Noise. 3) Had dinner with my kids and my good friend and had a great time. I wish everyday was like that.0

1 - I got renewed for my Job for another (3) years
2- I killed it in spinning class today - I have a mean instructor and needless to say I kept up with him the whole time
3- My husband finally admitted that he is jealous of the fact that I can burn waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy more calories than him - he thinks he is more fit but my muscles are starting to speak louder than his words :bigsmile:0 -
1. I made money for my business (I have been self employed for a year)
2. I fit into a pair of trousers that was previously too small
3. I felt supported by my MFP friends after throwing a wobbly about my progress so far!0 -

1. Woke up to a lush snowy scene outside the bedroom window!
2. Went for a lovely 45 minute swim and there was only 1 other person in the pool - no lane hopping!
3.The kids are up for a Just Dance session tonight on the Kinect

1. I rode my stationary peddler for 40 minutes at the office.
2. I chose a healthy breakfast and a healthy snack.
3. I did reps of squats and lunges in the bathroom!0 -
1. I broke free of my 160's and seen 159.8 regardless of the .8 I still broke free of the 160's
2. My daughter makes me happy, she is 13 months old and was playing with her baby, the baby makes kissing noises and says "I love you" and she opens her mouth and puts the baby doll's mouth to her's and when it is done doing the kiss noises she pulls it away from her and smiles and looks at me like "I'm a sweet baby." love that child.
3. Oatmeal, oatmeal makes every morning a happy morning, but Dark chocolate oatmeal with only 160 calories in it, makes my morning even more happier0 -
I could put on a size 44 pants
I did 10 miles at the gym
There were fresh strawberries that taste delightfull at the store
My husband told me a funny story

I am lighter than I was last week, My insurance paid out without question and I have had a lovely day chilling on my own :O) x0

1) Seeing the number on the scale go down:)
2) KNowing my family and friends woke up safely and in one peice:)
3) Me waking up and enjoying the fact I made it to see another day:)

Woke up to a nice day next to my DH
Went to the gym and had a good workout
Talked to my lil sis in NM on Skype.
And I haven't even had my shower yet!

1.retail therapy
2. monday means a 2 hour gym block including deep water jogging

1. - I pushed through a crazy tough 5:30am spin class even though I was sore from hill sprints yesterday. I feel like a warrior!
2. - My (almost 4 year old) twins were adorable this morning and unusually happy and well behaved. It was one of those moments where I'm so satisfied being a mom and not pulling my hair out and seriously stressed out.
3. - I sent an email to my sister-in-law volunteering to help her out after she has her baby and she wrote back that it made her cry and was the single best email she's ever received. That made ME happy.0 -
1. my wedding dress has arrived in the shop, try it on on thursday!!
2. i'm on my penultimate day of Ripped in 30, so proud i've been able to complete another JM routine.
3. My size 14 (UK) work trousers are feeling even looser and can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel that I will be back in size 12 soon!0 -
1. Size 0 work pants fit great
2. Leg workout today
3. Great sleep last night to start the 5 day work week.0 -
I love this and will start the same at home! :-)
1) I decided to shake off the winter blues
2) I don’t work late tonight, therefore,
3) I get a longer workout at the gym0 -
1). I got two loads of laundry done
2). I took a shower, washed my hair, put on clean clothes that matched and was not late for work
3). I called two friends in recovery this morning so I'm still clean & sober0 -
1. I got to wake up with a 7 year old foster kiddo to get ready for school and not walk by an empty bedroom.
2. I got to make chocolate milk for the first time in years.
3. I had a kitchen floor full of paper airplanes
...and the day has just begun!0 -
1. Lost another pound at weigh in this morning even though its my time of the month. Down 5.6 so far!
2. Got greetings from all 8 of my furbabies this morning which means they are all happy, healthy, and safe again today.
3. My husbands new job is allowing us to pay off all our debt (just have a little bit to go on the last credit card) and start saving for a new car which is a huge relief for us!0 -
I woke up to a purring kitty
my 6 year old told me I was pretty while I was on the treadmill
right this second, it isn't raining0 -
1. got my girl to prek on time.
2. got laundry started and my kitchen cleaned.
3. made a healthy breakfast.0 -
1. got a morning walk in, 2. was on time to work, 3. shared coffee cake i made with the office who liked it (i enjoy baking, and if i share it with the office, that's less calories for me!)0

2 - I had time to play Star Wars Trivial Pursuit with my boys before school!
3 - It's nearly time to finish work!0 -
1) Getting back home, my fiance picked me up and carried me to the bedroom, which i find really romantic. :P
2) Doing a 3 point turn for the first time on a driving lesson, and getting a score of 4!
3) Being allowed to use the shower! They normally hide the shower hose from me because i get water everywhere lol..0 -
I had a warm cup of coffee
My kid didn't act like a total MEANY getting up this morning, he had a sunny disposition
And I was able to do 24 Full situps not just crunches :blushing:0 -
1. actually got up at 5:30 AM and completed JM30DS
2. size 10 jeans still fit even though i feel very bloated and ate like crap over the weekend
3. made healthy lunches for me and hubs to take to work!0 -
1 - Got a lie in before work
2 - Drank 3 litres of water
3 - Got to the gym for a good workout
