Nope...and Actually, I'm just barely sort of beginning to be able to do L1. haha Today makes day 6.0 -
I decided to give me Sundays as a day of rest. And it did me wonders. On Saturday night I was so sore it hurt to live.
Today was day 4 (I started on Thursday) and I feel my resistance is better now and I even managed to do one set of proper push-ups (not modified). Still struggling with my weights... My husband gave my 3lbs weight away without my knowledge and I just cant go through the whole thing with 5lbs. I do what I can with the weights and then finish bare handed....0 -
I'm up for this, I'll have a look for it on you tube. You're all way ahead though, I'll have to run to catch up!0

Just started this today and I'm already feeling sore.... Must mean it's working. lol I'm hoping by following this group it will help keep me motivated to finish the 30 days. )0

I started today and I was really feeling the pain afterwards! I didn't think it would be that bad....hey it's only 20 mins....but it kicked my butt lol. What size of weights is everyone using, I got three pound weights today. Goodluck to everyone doing it....for we all need it lol. :happy:0

I just started on day one and it KICKED my butt! Loving it, though! Can't wait to keep going with it.
I was wondering, do you guys do it everyday, every other day, take a break once a week?

When I started the shred I was so sore I couldnt even sit on the toiliet with out crying lol.. I have 8 days left of level 3 and I def notice a difference and I feel much better, the soreness goes away around day 5 keep up the good work.0 -

I just did day 4 last night....starting to see results...no weight loss yet but clothes fit better0

I'm on day 2 and muscles I don't even know existed ache, my legs are so sore and my abs it even hurts to go up stairs or to pee lol. I'm having a day off today and back with it tomorrow, I have to work tonight so I don't want to leave myself totally crippled lol. It is one helluva workout tho0

Soooo-- How is everyone doing??? I'm starting Level 3 tonight. I've never tried this level. One & two are the most I've ever done. I'm so hoping (when this is over) the measuring tape gives me some good news about my thighs :laugh:0

Guys, Level 1 Day 10 was completed today! I am taking Sundays off so it´s taking me a little longer... But enduring. I can´t believe that now that I have stopped aching, I will have to go through the pain again tomorrow... Yikes!0

looked at how sore people are when they start and I've decided to start on March 23 after work! I have 4 days off after that so it will be day 6 I've gotta go back to work and will be less sore!0
