Good Foods for snacks

Was looking for some suggestions for good snack foods to help reach my daily calorie goal. I'm struggling a bit to reach it and wanted some ideas of what to have for snacks. Any ideas are appreciated :)

  • Nuts! Not you, but that's what you should eat.... I try to get the ones that aren't loaded with salt.
  • Popcorn...I do the 100 calorie bags and they are pretty good :smile:

    Here are just a few of my favorite snacks. I try to put them in baggies on Sunday for the week, so I can just pack quickly or grab on the run.

    100 calorie packs of anything you like.........such as almonds etc....
    String cheese or 1 oz of pepper jack w/ cut up veggies
    1 cup of grapes or strawberries
    boiled egg
    90 calorie fiber one peanut butter & chocolate bar
    popcorn
    Mini- light baby bel cheese w/ a few reduced fat wheat thins
    Sugar free jello w/ strawberries
    Kid size greek yogurt w/ just a little granola
    Apple or orange
    1 serving of pretzel sticks w/ mustard :smile:
