    Wow... I bow to your greatness... that was many hours of sacrifice, hard work, blood sweat and tears... 171 pounds of fat being replaced by muscle does not happen without hard work and dedication. Amazing.

    I am doing this all natural too. My friends have passed me up on weight loss but they are either taking pills or doing it the unhealthy way by not eating and just about starving themselves or have had some type of surgery. Needless to say when they reach their goal and stop what they are doing...I will still be looking good , with out surgery scars when they start packing it back on. You look AMAZING!!!!! You are such a great motivator. I don't know of many people who have done it the natural old fashion way. Seeing your results makes me smile the biggest smile knowing that one of these days I will look maybe as good as you do right now!!!
