This is going to sound really stupid but what is CW, HW and SW? And im guessing the other numbers are the dates of weigh ins?
Hey! I've gathered that CW is current weight and SW is starting weight. Can anyone help me with HW?
I may be wrong, but I think that HW is "Healthy Weight"

I will join for sure! I am on the injured list for a few days, possibly to a week, as I herniated a disk doing too much on the dead lifts....hahaha....but once I get back up and going I'm IN!!!!!!!

ME ME ME ME!!!! I'm trying to lose 5 lbs a month until my "final" weigh in on June 1st which will put me at my goal weight!!! I'm 1 lb away from my January goal (we'll see what Friday's weigh in brings)
