    Ok so Fridays are my official weigh in day so here it goes!

    WOW!! I Have lost 2 pounds in 2 days lol don't know why that happened especially since I haven't had any exercise or water and Iv had plenty of cookies and soda hmm lets see how the weekend turns out : )

    I'm in. I was at 335.4 on 2/1 and that was a loss of 28 lbs from where I started. Lets see where I end up for February.

    Do we want to raise the stakes a bit and see who can loose the most in February?

    I would love to lose 5 and much more. I lost 35 pounds in a two months . But thats because I had foot surgery. The pain pills
    surpress my eating. Now I want to try with out meds.

    Hey guys! I'm starting February at 137 lbs. I only managed to lose 1 lb in January, but at least it's a loss! I'm a little bit discouraged because I realize I'm at the exact same weight this February as I was last February. But let's see what I can do!

    I know it sounds crazy but keep in mind I am very over weight so I am losing faster right now. BUT

    It is 2/4 I have lost 5.6 pounds since my last weigh in on January 23rd. for a total of 11 pounds since January 10th :)

    First weigh-in of the month and a movement on the scales in the right direction!!

    1/2 = 187.6
    5/2 = 185.6

    2lbs down already :) Need to keep the momentum going now!
