I set this goal for myself Feb 1st. Then I found this challenge today. I haven't lost any weight for 3 weeks. Very frustrating! This morning 1/2 lb. Big woop...... 1/2 lb a week will not be 5 lbs.!! I am under calorie goal every day, workout 5-6 days a week.
What else can I do to speed up the weight loss?0 -
Just dropping in on my fave ladies to show some love :flowerforyou: I'm 13weeks as of tomorrow and we should find out the gender mid March.0
