Post-workout snack

I'm a mom, I work FT and I go to school 2 nights a week so I only get to workout for about 30-45 mins twice a week. I've found the only time I can get a good workout in is later in the evening (usually about 8-8:30pm). I don't like to eat past 8:30 so what are some good, light snacks I can have post-workout that will help me gain back some of the lost calories but won't hurt me too bad since I'll be going to sleep right after?
