    this just made me so excited! thank you for sharing. I am 5'7 and started 15 days ago at 223, im only down 7, but i want to get to like 140, but seeing you at 170 made me excited to even get there!!

    Yes my bedroom is messy...lol thank god it's mine and not yours! And I am not done yet..I just want people to see me half way through and know you CAN DO THIS TOO!!! It's not easy all the time but I have done it and am still doing it so keep fighting the good fight...IT'S WORTH IT!!

    WOW! Great job! it helps me see also how much I have lost because we started pretty much in the same place and are in the same place now! I still want to lose 30 to 40 lbs.................kinda have stalled out at 50 lost! I will friend you!
