I am almost 36 yrs old 5' 4" weighing 66 kgs (145 lbs). I want to lose 1 pound every week. My goal weight is 58 kgs(130lbs) I am burning around 200-500(30DS and walk or running) calories per day 6 days a week and consume Net 1400 Calories...I checked my report and have seen my net as well as calories consumed are in zigzag fashion...But still stuck..I dont know where I am going wrong...opened my diary for your scrutiny..any advice is welcome...
Thank you in advance..

looking at your diary if it was me I would reduce the number of carbs your eating and increase your protein., Also you are over your sugar by alot every day. I know some people here have said that has stalled their weight loss.

Make sure you are staying under your sodium. Surgeon general recommends under 2300mg of sodium a day and drink 8-10 glasses of plain water every day!

Good luck.. you dont have a lot to lose so it is going to come off a lots slower than someone who has a bunch of weight to lose. Be patient!

Thank you for your reply.I usually take 2 tsp of sugar with my morning tea and rest comes from my fruits and honey...many people have advised to have 5 helping of fruits everyday..I have apple banana orange and grapes...so which are the fruits which I can have that should not shoot up my sugar....

5 full serves of fruit every day is actually quite a lot. 2 of fruit and 3 of vegetable is what you should aim for. Vegetables are high in fibre and a lot lower in sugar.

So if I control my sugar and lower carbs should I see any change?
