My waist has reduced from 38 to 37

I can see clearly my waist is reduced by one inch i have measure last night, but my weight does not seem to be dropping off, its been 3.5 weeks since i have started MFP and excercing and eating right. Any ideas?

If you have proper macros and high calories youll burn body fat off while maintaining lean mass.

sometimes you will gain muscle while losing fat but the same volume of muscle will weigh more. body is getting smaller and leaner but still weighs the same on a scale.
