OK, HERE GOES: WEIGHT = 194 LBS., HEIGHT = 5'4", WAIST = 42.25", HIPS = 44", AGE = 44. I HAVE BEEN LOGGING FOOD INTAKE, KEEPING IT UNDER CONTROL, EXERCISING, (I NEVER USE TO), AND STILL HAVE NOT LOST ONE POUND NOR ONE INCH IN OVER 4 WEEKS! I'M VERY FRUSTRATED! IT'S HARD NOT TO GIVE UP AND EAT WHAT I FEEL LIKE AND AS MUCH AS I WANT OF IT. IT'S HARD TO SPEND MY TIME EXERCISING, WHEN THERE'S SO MANY OTHER THINGS I NEED TO DO AND WANT TO DO. I'M VERY DISCOURAGED, BUT I DON'T DARE QUIT. HOPING THIS CHALLENGE WILL MOTIVATE ME TO PUSH MYSELF HARDER AND TOTALLY CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE FOREVER!0

Week #1 Daily Challenges:
(all the challenges includes staying under target calories and drinking 64 ounces of water)
Wed. February 1st: 50 Crunches, 3 sets of 15 swimmers, 3 sets of 15 woodchops & 10 mermaids (if you miss this one the add to one of the other days-since it is coming up late>sorry>)
Thurs. Feb. 2nd: 3 sets of 15 wood chops, 3 sets of 15 swimmers presses & 3.1 mile walk, run or bike
Fri. Feb. 3rd: Rest Day and you have to do something nice for yourself
Sat. Feb. 4th: 1 min. bear walk, 20 leg lifts and 100 jumping jacks
Sun. Feb. 5th: 5 mile walk, run or bike & 3 sets of 15 triceps reps
Mon. Feb. 6th: 3 sets of 10 triceps & 3.1 mile walk, run or bike
Tues. Feb. 7th: 50 jumping jacks & 20 globe jumps
Wed. Feb. 8th: 100 jumping jacks & 100 crunches
Thurs. Feb. 9th: 25 frogs & 25 mermaids
Fri. Feb. 10th: Check-in/Rest Day and you have to do something nice for yourself. Must be checked in by 9 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Sat. Feb. 11th or you will be eliminated.

Hi again,
So I finished the exercises for today and 30 of my burpees. The only exercise I couldn't find was the "swimmers." Can you post a description of this exercise or a link to the youtube demo? Thank you! For today, I substituted push-ups for the sets of swimmers. I hope that is okay, otherwise I will add them in tomorrow. Also what is a bear walk? Sorry if these are
dumb questions, but I am new to this and super excited, so I really want to do it right!

I missed the daily challenge yesterday, so I'll add on to Friday instead. I did manage to stay under on my calories, but my water was only 48oz.0

I totally get your frustration!! I've a been there/done that on that one. I eventually went to a doctor and they said that with women it can take up to 6 weeks to start seeing results for all that hard work, frustrating, but don't give up - give it another few weeks and you should see some changes! - ladyskot0 -
