Hey all!
I want to start working out again, but recently fell down in the snow and now have problems with my sciatic. Does anyone have some ideas of exorcises i could do with out hurting myself? I have a book that my drs gave me for back stretches and yoga and such. This has been almost a month now and i just wanted to rev it up some. Let me know your thougts! Thanks

what about walking? If it's too cold outside up there do you have Walk Away The Pounds? I know it's not a hard workout at all so it may be a good one to start with until you start feeling better.0
