St. Louis Cards fans? Season ticket holders?

Hi, my name is Keith and I'm a baseball addict. I have been for 40+ years now so I guess there is no hope...!
First, congrats on your championship! As a Dodger fan, I can't begin to explain the depths of my envy...
Second, I am looking for assistance from a fellow baseball fan. My 7 yr old son and I began a journey last year. We are on a quest to see a game in every MLB park. In 2011 we knocked out ATL and CIN. This year STL is first on the list.
So, I am looking for someone with GOOD tickets or access to GOOD tickets, (preferably lower 2 sections and in the general area behind home plate), that might have an available pair of tickets to ONE of the Memorial Day weekend games May/26-28. I know this sounds picky but my son has some minor vision problems that make sitting in the upper/outfield areas not a good option for us. Plus, closer is better, right? Gotta hear the catcher's mitt pop!
I am not looking for freebies!!! I'll pay. I would much rather pay a ticket HOLDER as opposed to a BROKER/scalper. I own NFL tickets for the Titans so I understand the game. In fact, I'd be willing to swap of a pair of Titans tickets for Cards tix, if that interests you.
Yes, yes, I have checked StubHub, et al, but generally find you overpay for crappy seats in the 5th tier. So, I'm hoping to go straight to a ticket holder for help.
A. Please message me if you can help
B. If you can't help with tix but are a Cards fans anyway, any tips on navigating gameday in STL -best places to park, find tix, etc- would be appreciated too.
thanks in advance,
Goodbyegut

Good luck with your search. Let me know when you're ready to check out Nationals Park.

Cards Fan, GO CARDS!! Not a season ticket holder tho:sad: However I would suggest that you check out some of the all inclusive pkgs they offer. Truly the best way to enjoy the game, IMHO. Ticket prices are fairly reasonable for the all inclusives(some even include parking which can run anywhere from $15-30 alone), and a better deal in most cases than regular tickets. Here is the link check it out: http://stlouis.cardinals.mlb.com/stl/ticketing/allinclusive.jsp#commissioner Good luck, have fun and enjoy STL and the CARDS!!!!!!0

This is a good start! Keep 'em coming...0

Let me know when you're interested in Wrigley Field. I have access to 4 Bleacher seats. Go Cubs!0

Thank you!
That trip will encompass Nats, O's, and Phils. I looked at it for this year but the dates didnt work out. Does MLB purposefully NOT allow Nats and O's to be home at the same time? I realize they are close in proximity but that makes it hard for baseball lovers to catch them both on a short trip.0 -
Love that place, in fact I'm wearing a Wrigley Field cap right now!0

Yes, very cool. Not only from a basball perspective, but I use the trips to teach him life things as well. He's learning about traveling, navigating hotel stays, the cities we visit, local culture/food. He knows more useless facts about Cincy than he'll ever need, such as you don't eat a hot dog there, you eat a chili dog with a pound of cheese on top !
I'm guessing it'll take 15 years to see them all. I'm secretly compiling a scrapbook with pictures, game tix, momentos, etc. that I'll present to him one day. Gets me fired up thinking about it! I'm ready to go.0 -
