how to log Jillian's 30 day shred?

Hi there,

I've been doing Jillian's 30 day shred - but not exactly sure how to log it as it's 20 minutes, but includes both cardio and strength training (and abs)...do I just log as cardio? (That's what I did, but thought I better check)
