    If you are seriously asking, then you have choices:

    1. Pizza is not bad for you if you eat 1 - 1 1/2 slices, not the whole freaking thing.
    2. Don't forgo the cannolli - instead go for an extra exercise cycle - ie - do 40 minutes of Turbo Jam or cycling - will burn up the calories you just put in. If you deny yourself every treat you will FAIL at this change.
    3. If momma is showing up daily then you will need to chat with her - it is no good if she is constantly throwing the high cal treats at you, but every once in a while won't hurt - just YOU watch how much of the good stuff goes between the lips.

    Well oddly enough my mother used to do stuff like that all the time, used to drive me nuts....She passed away 20 years ago and now I kind of "sometimes' miss the weird things she used to do.
