Water question

I drink 2 liters of water every day. Sometimes 3-4 liters! Does that count as 8 glasses of water? If so, I've been logging it all wrong.

    1 liter = 4.22675284 US cups

    I would log 1 liter as 4 cups...

    1 liter = just under 34 ounces
    1 cup = 8 ounces

    So you're good.

    You are drinking up to 16 glasses a day - good stuff! I'd stick to 10-13 though with activity. If you workout for hours daily for your job or are in a hot climate 16 would be appropriate.

    yup...1 liter equals 4 cups.
