    I've never posted on a message board or done a challenge but I'm bored with my routine and this might be fun! So I'd like to participate too. Is it too late? I'll post my stats tonight and complete the day's challenge. Worst case I get some extra workout in!

    Hi again,

    So I finished the exercises for today and 30 of my burpees. The only exercise I couldn't find was the "swimmers." Can you post a description of this exercise or a link to the youtube demo? Thank you! For today, I substituted push-ups for the sets of swimmers. I hope that is okay, otherwise I will add them in tomorrow. Also what is a bear walk? Sorry if these are
    dumb questions, but I am new to this and super excited, so I really want to do it right!

    Can you post links that explain some of the exercises you have on here? I've never heard of a mermaid, wood chop or swimmers exercise!

    Forgot one other thing...do you want us to report daily on the challenges or only on the check in date?

    BLC ~ Week #1 Wed. February 1st: 50 Crunches, 3 sets of 15 swimmers, 3 sets of 15 woodchops & 10 mermaids

    Wow, not sure if we are suppose to log exercise are not. Weds exercise done. Woodchops and Mermaids were new for me. (:

    64oz water, and under calorie goal for today.

    I missed the daily challenge yesterday, so I'll add on to Friday instead. I did manage to stay under on my calories, but my water was only 48oz.

    10 burpees/90 more to go..... (these are so HARD, my whole body feels like a noodle afterwards)

    Wow, great job. I hate burpees but, I will start them tonight. Leslie Sansone "Walk away the pounds is a great way to get you miles done."

    I totally get your frustration!! I've a been there/done that on that one. I eventually went to a doctor and they said that with women it can take up to 6 weeks to start seeing results for all that hard work, frustrating, but don't give up - give it another few weeks and you should see some changes! - ladyskot

    If anyone on teh Challenge could explain the "swimmers" to me I would really appreciate it! I did push-ups in its place last night, but it is scheduled for tonight again and I would like to do this right. Thank you!!!
