I'm in, atleast 100 for 50 days! That's when I go on vacation to Key West! Then I am RELAXINGGGGGGGG!:drinker:0

I'm in! I have had some problems with knee pain lately, but I'm hoping doing squats rather than lunges (with proper form, of course!) will be easier on my knees. I've done many squats before with no problem.

DO NOT JUDGE ME !!!
But, exactly what is a squat and what does it do?
basically stand with your feet shoulder width apart, bend at the knees till your thighs are basically parallel to the floor, then back up, then repeat. This is great for the thighs, hamstrings, and gluts...plus you get a little cardio in!0 -

there is a group of us who have continued from the original challenge. Some of us are doing something slightly different but we are logging every day and staying connected.
