I completed C25K last year - and I used DJ Beatsmith Podrunner intervals - free and specially designed for the C25K program, fantastic music and signals to get you to speed up /' slow down when needed.
I found it really useful - and I am now using their 10K series.

I usually just rock Pandora. The more I use it the more the songs match my style... Commercials every now and then but I'm usually in the zone by then.0
