I've been doing the weight watchers diet and exercising, these are my before and after pictures from only a months work. Please be kind, this is the first time I've EVER showed off my body and I'm nervous!! (:

Wow!!! I can really see the difference...are you able to see the change??? I've also been working out for a little over a month and I can't see any difference although people around me can...I am definitely my own worst critic...smh
Btw I've gone from 216 to 206 and I'm 5' 9...you definitely don't look like 2-anything...lol0 -

Nice job! Such a great feeling when you start to have more room in your clothes or somebody you know makes a comment about your looking thinner. Don't take your foot off the gas. The fun has just begun. 0
