I do 3 well balance workout usually 5-6 days a week. Chest, arms and abs on day1. Triceps, shoulders and back on day 2. Legs on day 3. Then I start the cycle over again. For cardio, I do interval sprints every time I workout. I usually run for an hour at about 11 mphgreat job what type of exercise did you do0 -
