I'm the mother of teen and pre-teen girls, who works outside the home... I'm going to the gym at 5:15 am to get my work outs in! Yikes! That's so early for me, but have found it getting easier with the more energy I'm finding. I've been on here for a month now and LOVE it! Add me if you'd like.0

I am 33 and have about 33 more lbs. to lose. I want to find other people who is going to go after the same thing. I started dieting and exercising just 2 days ago and am looking to stick with it. I have done other diets before that did not stick but I want to get it done this time. Today I started P90x and I also started an app on my phone called Couch Potato to 5k. I hate running but want to learn to love it. I also want to do a 5k on March 17th so that is my first deadline. After that the rest of the weight I will want to lose.
Lets go guys, we can do it!

Hi! I'm a mom trying to lose 50lbs. I work at home so fitting in a work out is hard but I've been managing to at least do a walking dvd 5 days a week. I have 3 children of my own and I watch 3 other children daily. Add me if you like.0

Hiya! ) I am in the same boat. I watch those P90x infomercials all the time and think "yeah, that's what I need" but am too intimidated to actually get it beacuse I know I will not be able to keep up at this point in time. I am a mother to 3 little ones: 9, 7 and soon to be 5. After my divorce, I lost control of my weight and my life was hectic to say the least. My life has finally calmed down and I'm more in control than ever and it's time to focus on me! I'm new on here, and would love to meet other moms to help motivate!0

Please feel free to add me. I did send some of you friends request until I was told I couldn't send anymore. I'm a stay home mom of two boys, ages 4 and 16 months. I started my weight loss journey in December and tomorrow will be day 60 so time for a weigh in and I'm excited to see my progress.0

I would love to add some friends that have are in a common place in your life and commons goals...I think that is where i have gone wrong in the past. I am a 35 yr old mom of a 7 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son. My goal is to lose 22-27 lbs...although I "joined" MFD in December, I just focused myself on Monday when i started the 30 day shred and started tracking my food on Wednesday, 2/1. Look forward to offer support and encouragment to others as well as receiving the same when i need a little push!!0

Hey there ! I am new here to! I'm 33 with a hyper 9 yr old. If i burned as many calories as he does, and had as much energy as him, I think I would be in good shape. I started doing the jillian micheals 30 day shred and adding the tredmil for 20 min before and after. hopefully i will start seeing some results. reading all the posts is really inspiring to me.0

Hi!! I'm a mother of a 9yrs girl trying to lose body fat and about 30lbs. Its seems like I never lost my pregnancy weight but instead put on more. I've just started working with a trainer/ nutritionist - I have to keep daily logs of what eat and the time I eat them... Its amazing all the junk a person can eat - I miss my Starbucks!!!! I've started eating my heavy carbs/ starches for lunch and only eating veggies and lean protein for dinner. Its only been a few days but it feels like an eternity....I only hope it gets better with time. I also started taking a women's boot camp class it's 3 days a week for 45 min but it's a killer I thought I was going to pass out during the workout!!!

Anyone feel free to add me too! I am a mom to three kids (4 yr old twins & 3 yr old), I am 31yrs old and I am looking to lose around 30lbs too. I've been using this app for almost three weeks now (lost 7lbs so far) and I've been working out at my college gym. If I can't make it into the gym I like to find workouts on Netflix and I just got Wii Zumba Fitness 2. My diary is public, I don't mind anyone looking at it, I do eat what I want when I want but I don't typically go over my calories (except yesterday, bad day with kids and AF showed up) I think it helps to keep us accountable if we know others are checking in on us (but in a good way). Also, I think it is important to eat at least some of your exercise calories back (need to net 1200 a day), you need to fuel your body in order for it to work right. I am 40 and the mother of 2. I am in the same boat. My youngest is 15 months and I still have 10 lbs to be pre-baby weight, which was still too much for me. My goal is 30lbs. I work full-time and I am exhausted all of the time. I started Monday I am starting slow with walking.0

I just had my 1st baby November 5th so I also am on here trying to lose the baby weight. I have about 40lbs to lose and I want to stay dedicated. I have the bean ultimate exerciser http://www.amazon.com/Bean-Deluxe-Ultimate-Exerciser-Pump/dp/B000IT0Z12 and I also am getting 30 min shred this coming monday. Lets hope this website is finally the trick to keep me dedicated.0
