I would love to join! I did the 30 day Shred last night for the first time. Level 1. WOW!! I am 5'3 and 185 lbs. I was thinking I would probably end up doing level 1 for 3 weeks at least just to be able to get to do all the way! I might be surprised! I want to lose 45 more pounds at the least! I'm with several of you though...is it better to mix it up or only do it 4 or 5 days a week and add something else the other two days? Thanks!!0

I get my 30DS DVD in the mail tomorrow. So excited, little scared. Gonna start Saturday since I have my biggest loser workout on Friday evening.0

im 5'3 and started 30DS yesterday. I seems like a lot of people just started this! Great! i liked day one. Thought i might die but i made it! I wish someone had pics too. Oh well we can all share whenever we get done! i wanna rock a bikini this summer!0

No pics, but I'm 5'2" and have dropped from 147 to 137 in the last month doing 30DS and eating better. I love it! I just ordered ripped in 30 to start next0

I'll jump in there too. I'm 5'4" and 141 pounds. I had to halt my first 30DS effort late 2011 due to an injury not from 30DS. I only got through L2. Count me in; I'll start tonight.0

I'm 5'3 also. I'm trying to tone up because I am not happy with my belly at all.
I just started yesterday and somehow got through today...not easy for someone who has never worked out at all.0 -
I am 5'0" and 150. I just started the 30 day shred yesterday! So sore already, but I love it!0

I am 5'2 173lbs.....Doing 30DS Level 2 Day 17 tonight. I incorporate that with an hour or 2 of cardio with my Elliptical or Stationary bike. Legs feel sore but in a really good way.0
