hi all, I'm so confuse right now, what should I do, play with ratios 40/40/20 or calculate my protein intake according to my lbm?? What option is better ?
A little info about me:
I want to lose my post-pregnancy weight (my baby is 12 weeks old) .
I'm 5'2" 124 lb (pre-pregnancy weight 110lb, profile pic) been doing insanity for a couple of days.
Please help!! So far only 3 lbs gone, have not lost anything in the last 2 weeks
