280 was my peak. Although it might have been more. I wasn't into scales back then. Got to 220. Slowly climbed back to 240. Now I'm hoping to get back to 220, then we'll see.

189 the most after high school. Got down to 98lbs. Then back up to 170 then back down to 114. Since I met my husband 2 years ago got to 159. At that point I said forget it. I am now down to 147 and wanting to get down to 120-125 again. I will never be that fat again. Thank goodness I found this website and I have a lot of support.0

At my heaviest, I was 188 lbs. I am 5'10". After many years of diet and excersize, I managed to keep bouncing from 170 to 175. Then needing to lose weight for a wedding I was standing up in, I kicked it into high gear and got my weight down to 155 lbs. I was thrilled! However, I keep in between 155 and 160. Goal is to be 150 and stay there!0

I was 198 and I'm 5'4....I'm down to 178 but stll have a long ways to go....If anyone can give me some advice on what to do when you get hungry at night.
I run!!! Seriously I run away from the food and then drink some water and if I'm still hungry I eat something that has calories less than or equal to the exercise calories I just earned! Usually I'm not hungry after the run!!!0 -
