Up a pound each day... Normal?

I started Ripped in 30 on Jan 31. I was up a pound the next day, no big deal. But, I did it Wednedsay, up another pound, and last night, up another pound. I am not eating a surplus of 3500 calories daily, so I know it's not fat, and I know it's normal to gain SOME if you start a weight program from water retention, but is that much normal? How long will it last.? Won't there be a point where the scale will have to go down because the fat lost will be more than the water being retained ?

Thanks!

I wish I knew! I started ChaLean extreme yesterday and was up two pounds today too.
  • I think that sounds normal, I started working out last October and the same thing happened to me. I put on about 4lbs in a month even though I was eating less and excercising more, but the truth is I was getting smaller and my Jeans were falling down.

If you want my advice, don't worry so much about what the scales say at first, my weight evend out after a few months and now stays exacly the same each week when I weight myself.

    Good luck.
