I'm aware it's superbowl BUT I have something MORE exciting going on. On Saturday I'll be going to my 1st Carnaval Brasileiro here in good old ATX.
People are in costumes, half naked, body painted, etc etc.

Since this is my 1st time, I won't be doing costume. Just a hot dress with hot shoes and some face painting. I.cannot.wait. I've been needing a crazy night.

Your turn!!!!

Saturday morning I'm running an 8K road race... nothing else planned at all for the rest of the weekend which is fine by me. Just do nothing!

I might watch those commercials Sunday night if I can stand them being interuppted by a football game (dont care about either team).

Going out for dinner tomorrow night with my friends to enjoy a great restaurant as part of 'Winterlicious'...
Winterlicious is a culinary restaurant program that his held across Toronto in some of the top restaurants and offer fixed price pre-set lunch and dinner menus. Can't wait!
Afterwards we are going for some drinks to celebrate one of my friends birthday's...we are calling that 'Birthdaylicious'...haha

    Eff the superbowl...

How's this for exciting - we're getting our taxes done Sat! If I'm really lucky I'll get to run errands when we're done with that. I seriously need to get out more! LOL!

Mine is no where near as exciting as yours...grocery shopping, exchanges at Best Buy, swimming, church, free play at casino for the week...ho hum...typical boring weekend! And I might watch the Superbowl, or I might catch up on my recorded TV...I am weeks behind and my team isn't in Indy this week, so I don't know. If it looks like the Giants might beat the patriots, I just might watch...I absolutely DO NOT like the Patriots!

    Have a great time!!!

Nothing planned for Saturday, just cleaning the house and doing some homework, going to the gym. Sunday I will go to the church, the gym, and then watch some commercials and THE VOICE!!!! Love Adam Levine, and so excited for the show to come back on!

Oh ya, we need to get our tax stuff together so I can get it to our accountant. Better do that this weekend too. :)

Wrapping up really warm tomorrow to go and watch football (12.30 kick off  ), freezing my butt off without the benefit of pre-match beers and then trying to get out of East London without running into any Millwall fans. If I survive this, then I may a have a beer or two

Ooh, well I was supposed to go to a surprise party tonight but I just broke up with my lover (not sure if it is final but well...you know) and though I kind of feel OK I'm not sure a drunken night out is what I need right now so I'm having an early night and taking good care of myself for a change.

Tomorrow I'm visiting a friend, she has just bought a house and I am going to see it. So excited for her.

    Sunday, knitting.

A good calm weekend to take the edge off the emotional rollercoaster.

I am moving to a new classroom Saturday morning and family is coming along to pitch in. After that we are driving a couple hours to pick up our packets for Sunday's race, then dinner with sister and her family and crash out at her place, then hubby, teenage daughter and I are doing a 3x2 relay race for fun Sunday morning in San Diego Charger jerseys. Then back home to clean, do laundry, groceries etc... and maybe watch some of the game... don't really care about either team.

4 hours of roller skating for my kid's birthday party Saturday and watching the game on Sunday.

I don't follow football the rest of the year but after growing up with Superbowl such a big deal in my family, I always watch this one game.
