My first 10!

I went to weigh myself today and Ive lost 10 pounds. ITs been really hard but I love to see the weight come off. I have 30 lbs to go before I reach my first goal, but I dont think it will take to long. Just wanted the world to know how proud of myself I am! WOOO HOOOO!

    Great Job!! I can't wait until I meet goals I made for myself!!! I know once you hit a goal it's like you get an addrenaline rush and cant wait to loose more! Good Luck on the rest.

    I make mini-goals to lose 10 pounds at a time until I reach my ultimate weight-loss goal. It keeps me going that way - it seems so much more attainable to lose 10 pounds than to lose 30, 40, 50, or more! Before you know it, you'll be at your goal weight!!!
