can anyone help please? im new to this sight, do you have to work out your weekly left over calories, or is it done automatic? if so how do you do it x

I'm new here, as well, but I don't think you have to work out any calories. You simply put in what you ate, how much you exercised and it calculates how far over/under you were from your goal calories for losing weight for that day. Each day is a brand new day, so if you go over one day, it's just part of your history, nothing need be worked out...

aw thankyou, its taking a little bit getting used to but it seems to be working, saturday night and havnt had a drink yet, but hubby is making me a tia maria, ive got plenty of cals left over so im going to enjoy, goodluck xx0
