Ok, I just made these. I used unsweetened almond milk instead of water. I used a mini muffin tin and filled 10 cups. It comes out to be 24 cals, 1g carbs, 1g fat, 3g protein, 0g sugar per peanut butter cup. I have no idea how they taste yet though. Will let you know later0

Ok, I just ate one. It was ok. Are you supposed to thaw before consuming? I are it frozen, it was kind of like a fudgsicle. I don't think it was sweet enough for my taste. I'd have to experiment more to get it the way I like it. I would also like more of the peanut butter flavor, so I might enhance the recipe with pb2.0
