Do you notice any changes

I have been doing the 30 day shred for about 20 days now but i havent noticed any changes in my stomach, i have dropped about 3 pounds tho.

    I think there's a little difference, do you feel harder though? Cos there's still time to drop some fat from the outside, but you'll be building muscle from the inside

    I think it looks smoother too

    I just lost 20lbs in 2 weeks and I can't tell the difference! haha, I think it's just a personal thing - it's a lot harder to see a difference in yourself.

    no change, you have to improve your diet and push harder during workout.

    I see a difference in the top of your stomach, right under ribcage is getting smaller. Are you taking measurements? They are really helpful when pics aren't that obvious. Keep it up!!
