:heart: 1 1/2 cup chop lettuce
:heart: 1/4 cup tomato
:heart: 1/4 cup no salt sunflower kernels
:heart: 1/4 cup rasins
:heart: 2 tsp fat free italian dressing
:heart: 1 tsp onion
:heart: 1 tsp green pepper
:heart: 1 tsp shread pork

    Lunch was delicious today!

    1 cup of strawberries

    1 prarire farms yogurt

    1 La Tortilla Factory Low Carb High Fiber Garlic and Herb tortilla ( only 50 cls!! :heart: )

    1 tomato wedge

    1 tbs of green peppers

    6 slices of Deli Fresh Honey Roasted Turkey Breast ( 50 cls!! yay again!! )

    5 sprays of Wish Bone Italian Vinegarette

    LOTS OF WATER!!

    salad:
    1/2 cup baby spinich
    1/2 cup chopped romaine
    3 radishes sliced
    1/3 cup yellow bell pepper diced
    1/4 cup seedless cucumber sliced

    dressing:
    1 tsp olive oil
    dash cayanne pepper
    dash sesame seeds
    1/2 tsp fresh dill

    tossed all togeather...very yummy!

    subway veggie delight, no cheese, and only fat free honey mustard. crunchy coodness :tongue:

    Chick fil A's grilled chicken sandwich combo w/fruit cup in place of waffle fries and diet lemonade in place of my usual sweet tea (this was a big accomplishment for me to not get sweet tea)!

    I had a turkey sandwich on wheat w/ light mayo, red onion and tomato...YUMMY :heart:

    1 serving turky sliced
    1/2 cup lettuce
    1/4 cup tomato
    1/4 cup bell peper
    1/4 cup banana peppers
    Tbs mustard
    1 tbs light itilian dressing
    1 large flour tortilla

    rollit all up and enjoy ... tasty & less than 300 cal so plenty of room for a tasty fruit treat i prafer a banana 100 cal
