    Well, today is Saturday and I purposely do nothing, but my M-F routine is 5-10 minutes of rowing to work my shoulders and back, and then 40 minutes on the treadmill.

    Have to start mixing in some weights soon, but one step at a time!

    100 sit-ups with a 20lb weight
    200 side / side with 15lb weight
    3 sets / 25 ea arm
    Planks ... 1 @ 4.5 min, 2@ 3 min and 2 @ 1 min

    A Little Yoga stretching and ...

    Checked my phone again ! LOL ! :happy:

    Ha ! Very funny ... one of my good friends calls me " The Machine " on a daily basis ! I'm so used to it now, I was like ... yep ! Anyways ... Thank you ! ( I think ) LOL ! :drinker:

    Vipr training 8kg tube, bicep curls 2 sets x 10
    Vipr training 8kg tube, shoulder press x10
    Vipr training tube 10kg tube, bicep curls x 10

    Leg press 20kg x 10
    leg press 30kg x 10
    leg press 40kg x 10
    leg press 50kg x 10 x 2 sets

    Chest press 30kg x 10 2 sets

    kettlebell swings 8kg x 10

    hand weights 6kg tricep exercise x 10

    25 min intervals on my static bike
    walked the dogs for 30 mins - blooming cold day -
    fed my horse so that meant 15 mins in the cold.. surely that burns calories? lol
    200 jumping jacks
    4 planks at 10 seconds (I'm starting out on them so don't laugh :flowerforyou: )
    and am planning some crunches and sit ups for the saturday challenge, some tricep work too..
    Might have a go on the wii later for 'fun'.

    10k run outside, in 1 hr. followed by 30day shred, level 3, day 8.
  • Today I did an hours circuit class that consisted of a lot of running then stopping and doing mountin climbers/berpees/lunges/squats etc etc- It were ace. This afternoon I am going to whack on some tunes and clean the house from top to bottom.

    Did 100 crunches as my sit ups were pants. lol will try the sit ups again later.

    Ran 11.80 miles, normall do 13 plus on Sat...13 mins of ellip and 300 pushups and ab work and strecthing all before the sun came up. Doing a body flow class later

    Today is rest day, yesterday I ran 8.4 miles and very proud of it. :happy:

    Wow! I applaud you. Currently I am in a learn to run clinic and I am only able to run 3.5kms...which is only around 2 miles... That means you ran over 13km....

    Wow...I hope one day that I can do that too! You deserve a rest day after that....

    I started at 1 mile! lol now I'm training for a half marathon and Fridays are my "long run days." It's so intimidating but after I finish I feel so invincible I'm on a high the rest of the day! :laugh:

    8 x 5 lowbar squats at 90kg. Learning to lowbar, so going nice and light. Followed it up with a tasty 5 miler
    Nice and light? I squat 65kg at best!

    So did i once, nice run!

    I tried Zumba for Wii for the first time. After only 8 minutes I was out of breath and drenched but I'm still proud of myself :)

    Slept for <6 hours

    35 Mins Biggest Loser Cardio

    30 Mins on Stepping with light handweights

    60 Jacknifes

    10 Mins Hula Hoops

    I **ran** for 30 seconds during my 5 minute treadmill jaunt. I haven't run in a year or more. It hurt, but my ankle held up fine-ish.

    I did 5 minutes treadmill at 3.5 mph

    I did 5 minutes recumbent bike at resistance 11.

    I did 40 minutes on the cross trainer at 11/8
  • Did an hour of weights at the gym, went home and did insanity!
  • Cardio day for me
    22 mins treadmill
    40 mins bike
    15 mins rowing
    hanging leg raise 2 x 15
    crunch machine 2 x 10

    and mowed the lawn...

    RDL: 80 lb. 3x8
    ~6-7 minutes stretching.
